These Affiliate Program Participation Terms (hereinafter – the “Terms”) describe the procedure for participation of TUADV OÜ (hereinafter – the “Company”) in affiliate and referral programs organized by third parties.

By using the Company’s website or services, you acknowledge that the Company may participate in affiliate programs of third parties and may receive commission remuneration from such partners.
These Terms are provided in order to ensure transparency of the Company’s activities.

3. Absence of Own Affiliate Program
3.1. The Company does not organize or manage its own affiliate program.
3.2. The Company does not recruit partners or affiliates to promote its services in exchange for remuneration.
3.3. The Company does not pay commissions, referral rewards, or any other form of financial compensation to third parties, including individuals or legal entities, in connection with marketing or advertising activities.
3.4. Any references to affiliate programs in the Company’s activities relate exclusively to programs organized by independent third parties, in which the Company may participate as a marketing partner.
4. Receiving Remuneration from Partners
4.1. The Company may receive remuneration from third parties within affiliate or referral programs.
4.2. Such remuneration may depend on the terms of the respective affiliate program, including but not limited to:
- the number of users who follow referral links;
- the number of user registrations;
- the performance of certain actions by users or the purchase of services;
- other performance metrics defined by the partner.
4.3. The amount of remuneration, as well as the procedure for its accrual and payment, is determined exclusively by the terms of the respective third-party affiliate program.
5. Relationships with Third-Party Services
5.1. Services that may be accessed through links, banners, or advertising materials on the Company’s website are provided by independent third parties.
5.2. Users who use such services enter into contractual relationships directly with the respective service provider and not with the Company.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for:
- the activities or functioning of third-party services;
- the terms of use of third-party services;
- financial transactions between users and such services.
6. Compliance with Laws
6.1. The Company conducts its activities in accordance with applicable legislation, including requirements related to:
- anti-money laundering (AML);
- counter-terrorist financing (CTF);
- sanctions compliance;

6.2. Where required by law or compliance requirements, the Company may conduct verification of its business partners.
7. Absence of Financial Services
7.1. The Company does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, or payment services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia located in the city of Tallinn.
